i noticed that ur good at drawing Lithuania

i need ur help!! D:

im creating an hetalia OC, who is a small place in holland called "Tegelen"


some usefull stuff to know about him:



-looks a bit like Lithuania, with hair and face (dats y i need ur help, u can draw lithuania)
-helpfull although a bit shy
- has same scarf as Netherlands
-loves waffles like Belgium
-wants to be BFF with Germany and bro's (prussia Austria etc),
-favorite food is 'Limburg asparagus soup' or anything with Brussels sprouts :3
-has cat ears just like greece
-loves lions but prefers a wolf-like dog, because those are extingth in holland
-he mostly wears modern army clothes like Germany and china, but likes the traditional, like japan (he often visits china and japan because he is interested in their countries)
